Below are our rules for canceling services, courses and events as well as sound healing trainings.  Please note that if a service, course or event is booked through a separate agreement or quotation, the cancellation rules of the agreement or quotation apply .

If cancellation rules are stated in information relating to a specific service, course or event, these rules apply.

If cancellation rules are missing or not regulated in any documentation, the cancellation rules stated in this text apply.

- Cancellation -

Booked service is binding when you receive a confirmation email from us. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the agreed time is charged with 20% of the amount. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the agreed time, the full amount will be charged. Rebooking that takes place later than 24 hours before the agreed time is charged with 20% of the price.

    

- Canceled course or event -    

If we cancel the appointment, we will refund your payment in full. 

- Cancellation -

If we cancel the appointment, we will refund your payment in full.

- Cancellation - 

Booked course or event is binding when you receive a confirmation email from us. Cancellation no later than 14 days before returns the money minus 20% in administrative costs. Cancellation within 14 days does not result in a refund.

- Illness or other urgent condition -   

If a participant to a course or event suddenly falls ill or another emergency situation occurs, such as the near death of a family member, which makes participation impossible, no refund will be made. However, the participant is offered a place on the next course or event, against a handling and cancellation fee of 20% of the price. In order to change the course or event, cancellation is required before the start and a medical certificate in case of accident or illness.   

    

- Canceled course or event -    

If we cancel the course or event, we will refund your payment in full. In case of cancellation due to Force Majeure (such as pandemic, natural disaster or war) which is not our responsibility, the booking can be used within two years from the current date.   

- Training steps - 

Conditions for taking one of the in-depth modules (M2, M3 and M4) is to have first completed M1.  The layout follows the shamanic medicine wheel, but since the in-depth modules are independent, you can choose a different order._cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

  

- Cancellation -   

Registration is binding through the purchase of training via the website. In case of cancellation, this must be notified to us immediately and in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:   

Up to 61 days before the training start, the training fee is refunded minus a handling and cancellation fee of 20%.   

If the cancellation occurs later than 60 days before the start of the training, 50% of the fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 21 days before the start of the training, or no cancellation, no refund will be made.   

Any refunds will be made after the start date of the course you have booked for.

- Insurance -    

We recommend that you take out full travel insurance that covers all your travel, flights, medical care etc. and if possible your participation in the course so that in the event of unforeseen circumstances you can claim reimbursement through your insurance company.   

In ordinary home/travel insurances (eg Folksam's "Travels"), the option to get money back for both travel and course fees is usually included.
