We are very happy to now invite you to join us on magical days in Dalarna by the mighty Stopfallet's clear and energizing water! We gather during the first days of the new moon - a fresh start for you to face spring, summer and yourself deeply.

Embrace yourself
During our days together, femininity will take more place in your life. We will work with the feminine energies, voice and inner work, then visit the Stopfall and work with the water in our feminine cleansing process.

In a safe and protected environment, we will let you work on yourself. We will dance, laugh, share our thoughts, take care of ourselves and each other, challenge ourselves vocally and get our energy out in the physical, paint a new dream in the heart, draw strength from nature and get healing from it wounded feminine.

When you are ready, photographer Louise Sixtensson will highlight your femininity and your shapes in a picture in the beautiful nature. All in a protected, playful, safe environment in a closed group. You will later get two of the photos magically edited and sent as a file to your email. Photos are only taken by photographer Louise and photos of you are shared only with you, no one else unless you approve it yourself.

A warm welcome to a wonderful weekend with fellowship, meditation, sharing, dance, creative elements, personal development, Shamanic journey, singing circle, voice practice, photography, etc.
About the arrangement
During four days, we alternate playfulness and rest, expressiveness and inner being. The intention is that after these days you will stand in your radiant, feminine essence even more and feel stronger, freer and full of inspiration and new beautiful friends.

About the place
We will stay, eat and have several of our activities and workshops with Lennart and Tini at STF Tre Björnar. The farm consists of several beautiful old buildings dating back to 1916. Tre Björnar is located on the edge of Älvdalen By with the center and magnificent nature around the knot. The mighty Stopfallet, where several of our activities will take place, is only 15 minutes away by car.

We accept a maximum of 12 people on this retreat.

You pay a (non-refundable) registration fee of EUR 150 to book your spot.
The remaining sum is paid no later than May 1 via invoice or card/bank transfer.
When booking later than May 1, we ask you to pay the entire fee in one payment.

* For entrepreneurs, 25% is added to the price, and you then also get the right to use the photos in your business.

Practical information
How do I register?
​Here are the steps to book your spot:​
1. Pay the registration fee of EUR 150 by clicking on this payment link.
2. After your payment, we will contact you for further communication and to fill in a form if you have specific needs regarding food, accommodation, etc.
3. The last payment is made no later than May 1 via invoice, card or banktransfer.
4. Around 1 month before we meet, you will receive a welcome email with further information.
For bookings after 1 May, please pay the full price in one payment.
Get to Three Bears
Tre Björnar is located next to highway 70 in the southern part of Älvdalen's community. Look out for a big yellow house with a tower.

By train/bus
If you go by municipal transport, the bus stop is on the other side of the road.
Take a train or bus to Mora and then bus 133 to Älvdalen (approx. 35 min journey). The bus stop is on the other side of the road about Tre Björnar.

By plane
The nearest international airport is Stockholm-Arlanda. There is also a national airport in Mora.
Cancellation fees
Sometimes plans change - if this is the case the following fees will apply to cover costs already incurred in processing your booking:

​If cancellation takes place before 1 May, the course fee will be refunded excluding the registration fee upon presentation of a medical certificate. After May 1, the full course fee will be charged, no refund will be made, but you can transfer your place to someone else
